When did you start training at Innovative Results?
I started training at IR in mid Feb 2017.
Why did you start training with Innovative Results?
My job means I travel every week and don’t exercise or eat well, this was a life decision to change both my diet and exercise regime to fix this issue.
What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?
In the first 6 weeks I lost 15 pounds and my fitness level has improved dramatically!
What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?
The trainers are great they make the sessions challenging but fun and their focus on form keeps you safe, I did crossfire before and constantly got injured because of the lack of focus on form so this is important.
How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?
Generally I feel more energized in all aspects of my life, they say ‘fit body, fit mind’ and this has certainly been the case.
What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?
Keep at it, I have been to other gyms but nowhere has achieved the results I have seen at IR.
How has your life changed since you started training at Innovative Results?
I have more energy for all aspects of my life and am just generally happier, the only downside is none of my jeans fit anymore 😉
Who would you want to experience what you get to experience at Innovative Results?
We all get into a routine in our life, work, diet and exercise…those people who are in that rut would have a whole new outlook at Innovative Results. They really change you for the better!
Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the gym?
It works, so I don’t want to stop, things I never thought were possible suddenly are and I feel awesome after each session.
