I started working out at Innovative Results in April 2014. At that time I was looking for another workout since I was not happy with my last bootcamp style workout. My first workout pushed me to my cardio and strength to the limit, and it was a great workout. From there on, I was hooked! The workouts were different from the other workouts I tried. They keep you on your toes and you never know what exercise or movement is next.
Besides the exercises, the trainers and other members make the workouts memorable. After a few workouts, you get to realize IR is building a community that everyone relies upon. This is what makes IR stand out from other studios. You get the encouragement and support not only from the trainers, but the others during the exercises.
